How Stupid,.... this is a threat to the U.S. ????? How so,..???? What this is going to do is have Russia dump all the Treasuries it holds and not use entirely the U.S. Petro Dollar for any international trade or commodity which will help facilitate the demise of the dollar,... Putin doesnt need to fire a shot at us...... just stop using the dollar and cause others to do so as well who buy Russian oil,.... and natural gas,.... Granted they hold only roughly 140 billion in treasuries but that is enough to cause a real problem. See list in comments
