How To Make Fish Balls & Fish Ball Sauce Ingredients for the Fish Balls: 2 lbs fish meat 1 Tbsp. salt 5 Tbsp. all purpose flour 1 Tbsp. baking powder ¾ cup water Method to Make The Fish Balls: Chop the fish meat very finely. Add the salt. Add the all purpose flour. Mix well. Form the mixture into balls. Soak the fish balls in cold water for 1 hour Cook the fish balls in boiling water until they float. Drain. Fry the fish balls in hot oil. Serve hot. Enjoy! ******************************************************************* Fishball sauce Pinoy style 1 tsp vinegar 3 tbsp soya sauce 5 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolves in 1/2 c water 1 cup water Optional ingredient Minced onion Minced garlic Minced chili Mix all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Stir constantly. You can add minced chili, onion, garlic if you like a spicy sauce. Adjust the ingredients according to the taste you like.
