How To Quickly Check The Time Stamp Of Text Messages In iOS 7 Sometimes you receive a message from a friend and you want to know the time the message was sent to you. I dont always have my iPhone sitting right next to me so I miss a lot of messages and I always wanted to know the specific time that this message was sent to me. When that does happen, it always irritated me that Apple didn’t include the time that the message was sent. If a friend wanted to meet me outside in 10 minutes, I wouldnt know when that would be. In iOS 7, Apple has added the ability to see the time stamp of every message sent and received through iMessage or regular text.
