How about Italian Beef Sandwiches? Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches 2 pound beef roast 1 package Italian dressing mix (I use Good Seasons brand) 1 – 14 ounce can beef broth 1 – 12 ounce can beer (or additional can of beef broth) 1 – 16 ounce jar of pepperoncini 6 Long Italian rolls Pour the beef broth, beer (or additional broth), and half the juice from jar of pepperoncini into a slow cooker. Place beef in the liquid and sprinkle with Italian dressing mix. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Take beef out and shred using two forks, and add beef back to the slow cooker.
