Due to the award of a number of major contracts in the Middle East and West Africa as well as the continued expansion of GTCC in the UK and Overseas, we are looking for the following personnel: Safety Training Coaches Requirement for contract Safety Training Coaches based offshore on 3-4 week rotations in UKCS and overseas. Candidates must have offshore experience working as a Roughneck or higher grade for at least 12 months and have been employed on the drill floor and drilling activities. Candidates must also be in possession of a formal Health and Safety qualification such as NVQ/SVQ or NEBOSH. The successful candidates will also be able to correspond verbally to a cross section of nationalities with varying experience and attitudes towards Health and Safety and be able to judge and adjust their coaching styles according. Other essential requirements are: Valid BOSIET Valid MIST Valid H2S Current Passport with at least 6 months validity Must be computer literate Experience of multi-national crew interface Experience in report writing and chairing Health and Safety based meetings Desired requirements: Rigging and lifting Working at Height Permit to Work SSOW Safety Observation Systems Banksman Slinger/Crane Ops Competitive rates.
