How about gluten free, milk free quiche??? Its so easy!:-) Ingredients: Dough: 5 big spoons of rye flour, 5 big spoons of corn flour, 1 egg, half package of oat cream ( a great replacement for cow milk cream, great for sauces and cakes- this one I bought in Berlin in Bio Company, however, I saw it available in Warsaw on Koszykowa street in Wasz Sklep store, next door to the Chech Embassy) Filling: 5 eggs, fried carrots, leek, peppers Mix flour with an egg and oat cream, knead the dough and leave it for an hour in the fridge. After the hour, take it out from thefridge, put it on the baking container, take a fork and make small holes in it, heat up the oven and bake the dough for 15 min in the temperature 195 degrees. After 15 min take it out and put the filling in it Filling Grate 2 carrots, slice one leek and cut one pepper into small pieces, fry it all with a bit of salt and oregano on the olive oil for a few minutes, leave it to cool down. Put 5 eggs in the bowl and stir it so that yolks and whites are mixed together, put the fried vegetables in it and add salt and pepper, mix everything together Put the whole filling into pre baked dough and put into oven for 200 degrees for 30 minutes. There you go a delicious gluten free, milk free veggie quiche is ready!:-) I post 3 different quiches, one is with fried carrots, leek, peppers, the next one with red peppers only and last one with salmon and spinach. Be creative use whatever vegetables you like!
