How about this; Oldenburg 3yo gelding. This horse has it all. Fabulous good looks, presence, the most lovely easy temperament, mega movement and breeding second to none! Donny has been professionally broken The breaking yard called him a bombproof 3yo! Not that i would personally class any horse especially not a 3yo as bombproof however he is exceptionally easy for his age. From day one of breaking he has never once bucked or reared or put a foot wrong, for is age he was confident on the road and in traffic and easy to ride in big open fields and over small fences. Since being back from the breaking yard he has continued to be easy and uncomplicated. He enjoys his work and is keen to learn He stands at 15.2hh, but he certainly doesnt feel 15.2hh to ride with big movement! Would easily county show small hunters/riding horse and the perfect height! It is rare to have such a fabulous mover in such a small package. Combined with his temperament I feel he would suit and competent teenager or lady rider wanting to go to the top! His true ability however lies in the dressage arena. This horse can really move! Very active both behind and in front, off the floor powerful paces with suspension, elevation and rhythm. Showing all the talent to be a potential Grand Prix prospect. Naturally uphill and balanced. The Oldenburg said he was outstanding and of stallion material and awarded him with a premium for his type and movement His breeding combines perhaps 2 of the most influential, sought after and all time great dressage sires RUBNISTEIN and DONNERHALL direct in his pedigree. His sire is the 100 day tested Rubinstein son Richelshagen and his dam a direct daughter of the great Donnerhall. The dam is graded headstudbook and retired from completion herself due to a kick injury. The dams first son is already working successfully at PSG! A really sweet character, easy to handle, in and out of the stable, Good to load and travel and with the farrier. Good to hack and in traffic. Loves his work, and loves to please. Not once done anything nasty under saddle or in the stable. He is a 3yo and therefore hasnt seen much in life but a very sensible easy 3yo in all ways. A true stable favourite and will make someone the most fantastic horse a true top level completion prospect - as well as a horse you can really enjoy! On full Oldenburg pink papers, teeth and back recently checked. An absolute superstar! Currently being professionally produced.
