How about this police department from That State Up North?? This video is a must-see. The Lowell Police Department put a lot of planning and work into this. After pulling people over for a minor traffic violation, the officer speaks to those in the vehicle, starts conversation. However, hes actually trying to determine what exactly is on each persons wish list. This goes on while the elves, listening into the conversation via radio in a nearby department store, scramble to find the wish list items, gift-wrap them, and bring them to the unsuspecting citizens still stopped on the road within minutes.
