How amazing is our journey here on earth ...The time has finally come to take another step of my journey....After leaving school and training as a Hairdresser I took a change of direction after having 2 beautiful babies.... 20 yrs ago I took over my first slimming world class and after 5 years as a consultant and running 5 very successful classes my life took yet another direction after a life changing moment that nearly cost me my life and as a result I followed yet another passion of mine and that was to follow a career in music as a singer a step im so thankful I took as Ive met some amazing people who are now very dear and close friends and that amazing step also allowed me too have a third beautiful baby. After following my dream for 16 yrs I knew in my heart that it was again time to move on as 16 yrs of late nights, busy weekends and a family that needed me around more and I decided to go back to college to study Holistic therapies and in a way go back to my root of making people feel good and have to date been following a career now of almost 7 years of which I absolutely love a career that has led me down a spiritual path not only with my clients but also my own spiritual development. 3 years ago I started being drawn to Shamanic and a friend of mine told me about Carol Day and her practice the little red drum and what a journey its been so far with loads to come approaching 50 back in May and studying Soul Retrieval made me reflect on my life and what my soul is and in everything Ive done up till now has been to help others and this is what makes me happy and a huge part of who I am and what my soul is here to do..... After studying many therapies my work continues and its now time for me to piece all the parts of the jigsaw together to include all the skills and parts of me and my soul. So today Im officially launching SAHANA 2 years of guided work which now at this time of my life feels like divine timing. SAHANA stands for -Self Awareness Healing Sahana - Self Awareness Healing A New Approach and will allow me to incorporate in the very near future my musical side through my Sound healing, and my Shamanic work when my training is finished. Sahana has also allowed me to develop my own new approach to helping people such as myself with weight related issues by developing my own Holistic,Clinical & Nutritional weight programme a programme to allow me to help others and also myself with my own weight related issues.
