How amazing is this thing called life. I wake up to an email from a long time good friend who did my eating plan and went on with her fitness and health and lost 40 kilos. It was really her own doing tho I just provide inspiration and the guide. On the weekend I got to catch up with one of my best friends after her trip Carmen Jones you are a beautiful sole. I got to meet another best friends new born baby and have cuddles; Sally Newberry so happy for you and Luke, hes beautiful. I got to Skype with my beautiful sister and her two daughters Indi and Jas, I get to see dad regularly for coffee and real time, he is my hero and biggest inspiration. Today I am doing Geoffs mums hair before her holiday to see family in Perth Kerry Hill looking forward to a morning with you. Cruze models is going from strength to strength and Im feeling like years of hard work in an industry I was an newbie to is finally paying off I keep pushing and dont give up I am returning to the USA and this time Geoff and Emma are coming and will be by my side for a school tour with my childhood obesity program. I just found out I was selected for something I was nominated for (for pr reasons I cant announce til January but its so exciting). My book is finally finished and Im planning a book launch. What I learnt in the USA has been a big part of finding myself where I am today and I cant wait to share it. love really is an amazing thing! I was always guilty of following my head in life and I have been through some rocky roads but the best thing I have ever done is follow my heart and listen to the butterflies.
