How are appraisers with no access to MLS and no supra key acceptable to lenders and third party companies? There should be some requirements to get the job other than having the license! Its one thing to be an appraiser in Sugarland appraising a house in The Woodlands, but its just unprofessional and unacceptable to not have a supra key or MLS access!! You need to be able to actually do the job without guessing, right?
