How are your 2015 business plans coming along? I am pumped, as weve added more talented, passionate, focused, skilled people to our support team, have a proven plan and resources in place to take our customer service to another higher level, and are digging deeper with talented growth-oriented REALTORS, financial advisors, insurance agents, property manager/REALTORS, Ive learned a LOT about leadership this year, thanks especially to Jim McMahan and Rick Ruby. Ive been so blessed this year with other Benchmark Home Loans managers and other CORE students/coaches (both lenders and REALTORS) sharing their experience and expertise so unselfishly with me. 2014 as it happened was NOT the year I envisioned at the end of 2013. But, in one year Ive learned more about business structure improvements, leadership and getting to the Core of what matters than during the last 10, so in all, a good year in business.
