How can others argue that this is something a Constitution designed to limit government, and protect the people from oppressive government, would allow for such a punitive and aggressive overreach of the federal government? Dont believe Obamacare is punitive? Anytime we are forced to purchase anything we dont necessarily need or want, with the threat of legal action which could put you in jail, is a punitive action, and the overreach of a government out of control.
