How can run with reduced risk of injury? The RunHealthy program is a 75 minute, once a week work-out session with our Performance Specialists. It starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by stretching and foam rolling. Each member will be taken through a series of key mobility, stability, and balance exercises and functional activities. You will be given a booklet to keep track of your progress. You will come away with a conditioning program to follow year-round and an improved understanding of how your body works. The initial visit is $75 for an evaluation and weekly Healthy Running workout sessions are $20 each or $90 for a package of 5 sessions. Call us at 888-959-9288 for more.
