How can the JRA play a positive role in creating a new Johnstown? 1. Have a thorough investigation of the JRA with an independent team of auditors and lawyers. 2. The JRA needs to seek new legal counsel. Consigliere Bill Barbin is a great historian of the JRA, but the governance of this body has been terrible. 3. The JRA must stop being MIA in the plans to move the city forward. Quality of life counts. Whether it is fighting crime or assisting Johnstown residents with their sewage remediation, the JRA has been noticeably MIA. There are many positive things happening in Johnstown and the JRA needs to get back to its intended role to be a catalyst of positive change. 4. The City of Johnstown needs new courageous leadership in the PA House of Representatives. Johnstown needs an active and positive JRA. Representative Barbin’s silence on this matter is telling. We need representation that is going to demand positive change for this City and its taxpayers. Yes, Representative Barbin we need to move on. You are paid a handsome salary to lose sleep for the area you represent. We need representation that supports investors in your district and taxpayers like myself. Your silence to protect your political cronies is allowing a continuation of the HOLLOWING OUT OF THE CITY OF JOHNSTOWN!
