How can this be a RAPE case? She might have got cheated, but that cannot be made a Rape Case.... This is a classic example for missue of Rape law. It is their both personal matter, she is neither pregnant, she has all the photo of dirty way posing with him... now she files RAPE case just coz he is getting married to other girl.. This is ridiculous... I totally agree this is missuse of Rape Law.. She should charge him for cheating her... and she is neither a small kid.... Why did she even hangout with him before, and secretly marry? She is to equality guilty. She was neither drugged and she was forced, if she claims she secretly married - Why is the responsibility of fault is always on Boys Head? She is equally guilty. Its classic girl friend breakup story and she goes all mad. I think its their personal matter... She took it too far by filings Rape case for such things.... Does that lady even know what is it like being rapped? She should go and visit the people who are brutally rapped and suffered, then she will know what is RAPE? People like her missuing Rape law for their personal interests is really pittyful. She is now actually making all of us to re-look Rape law and dilute its missuse... She has every right to get justice for being cheated, but its their personal issue, She cannot induct her ex-boyfriend of RAPE charge.... This will give free hand to all ex-girlfriends to use this as a tool to blackmail... How can Police even File rape charge without her medical examination to show she was physically rapped? Is this a Alarm call to re-look RAPE Law?
