How can we bring change in others? By first changing ourselves. Several years ago I was asked to go and pray for a married couple. He was very anti-Catholic and told me so. He held his Bible in his hand and quoted Scripture, but he had anger in his heart. I gave up....because he was belittling his wife. I turned to her and I prayed for her. She walked me out. I told her that it had to start with her. She is no longer married to him and we reconnected a couple of years ago. She finally attended a day retreat in November......and the healing has begun.
