How come the new management of the Housing Executive can dispose of the current leadership of the Personnel Division on redundancy yet recruit even more staff than currently exist? How come they can state that their will be over 200 instances of Voluntary Early Retirement over the next 2 years....with a redundancy payment ...and without first openly requesting expressions of interest ...and ...without DSD/DFP approval prior to doing so?? What exactly is the mixed-up role of the Strategic Investment Board (SIB) and its members who may or may not have conflicts of interest in the disposal of Housing Executive stock to new Housing Associations? Which UK property management company.... which has a representative up and about the SIB ...recently may have been advised to change from a PLC to a Registered Charity to avail of NIHE stock being disposed on the recommendation of the SIB Asset Disposal Team (CART). Do the SIB regard Housing Executive tenants as assets to be disposed of??? They are aware ...in their minutes... that rents will shoot up if NIHE properties are transferred to Housing Associations or their greedy UK equivalents. What are politicians doing about it?
