How delicious was your diet today? A large part of the reason slimmers tend to backflip off the wagon at the weekend is that they are bored of what they are eating during the week. Chicken, salad, fish, vegetables, blah blah show me the dominos menu! sound familiar? My top tip for this week is to make every meal and snack as mouthwateringly yummy as you can. If you are satisfied by your food during the week you are much less likely to binge at the weekend. Could you try a new flavour of Herbalife shake? What about blending your shake powder with some fresh mango or strawberries and afew tablespoons of natural yoghurt to make a fruity smoothie? What about your snacks? ryvita get really boring after a while! Investigate other high protein options to tickle your tastebuds. Look out for nakd bars - made from nuts and seeds with no added sugar - banana bread flavour is devine! Make it your mission to try out a new healthy recipe at least once a week. Sizzling beef fajitas, prawn curry, low carb lasagne...the list is endless if you are prepared to think outside the box. Admittedly, my chicken and veggie dinner was a bit plain on sunday (what can I say im easy pleased!) but dont let this put you off. Healthy eating can be as tasty as you want it to be. You just have to be prepared to put a bit of effort in to make sure it doesnt get boring. So whos got any snack or meal ideas to share? :)
