How did My Vegetarian Whole30 go? I dont recommend it. Ok. I gained a few pounds, my hair grew fast, my tits got bigger, I slept well, and was hornier. I attribute these to the increased fat (coconut, avacado, etc.) I missed beans. I ate a lot of eggs, glad I have chickens! I learned a great barbecue sauce recipe. I did not see any great strength gains. It was only 30 days. I started drinking wine again the last week. It became a quality of life issue. So overall, I think giving up fake sugar, soda (actually Im still soda free!), dairy is all good. Eating unprocessed food is good. But there is nothing wrong with black beans. And IMO, tofu is far cleaner and healthier than a side of bacon. And no one dies.
