How did Sodium,Fat,Carbs & Protein intake change me in just two weeks? A Lot can be accomplished if you make a decision, plan your work with realistic goals and using proven methods, and then execute. I have lowered my blood pressure to normal levels 115/70 and stopped BP meds! And dropped 7lbs of unwanted fat. Ive exceeded my short-term goal... Some of you might think: Steve doesnt look like hes unhealthy or overweight? Wrong! when you are used to spending most of your life being in optimal physical shape and health, it doesnt take much to derail you. Some of that know me well know I was an Athlete since my teen years, boxing and then bodybuilding...so while that tends to give me the advantage of knowing how my body reacts to food and exercise, my results can happen quicker. Even so, the battle to reverse a trend such as health and fitness is still very challenging... I threw out the word sensible because, our minds play games with what we believe is sensible..It comes down to using Knowledge of our caloric intake and macronutrients...and There has to be an accountability and a contract with ourselves. Eating healthy isnt cheap, but i say, its more expensive to live any other way.. I do believe that life should be enjoyable though, cant always be eating hay and juicing...actually I dont even do that, and theres a reason for it.. Diet fads dont stick. Lifestyles stick. If you get off track, hey it happens...it happens to AlL OF US! dont let anyone stop you from getting back on track...Get control and stay in control!
