How did a bill like this make it this far. If you file a report on a police officer more times than not they cover each others back anyways and the allegations go no where. But some jackass has thought to now make it a crime if their buddy buddy investigation turns out that your allegations were false. What the sam hell. We need to find out who authored this bill. This bill can not be passed. On top of everything else this bill also says that once their buddy buddy system has found no fault an outside agency can no longer investigate. What? Wouldnt a good law enforcement agency want an outside agency investigating their accusations anyways? Who ever wrote this bill is the most crooked law enforcement representative I have ever seen.
