How did teens escape yet again from Woodland Hills? Youll hear the 9-1-1 tapes at 5 and 6! They assault a guard. They bust out. They throw rocks at passing cars. And the teens complain about their treatment!?! Look, I dont doubt there have been some abuses. And they need to be looked into by the state. But complaining about incarceration is a common condition among all inmates. Dont like it? Dont commit the crime. Most of these teens are three-time felons. Laws need to be changed to allow more security at juvenile facilities.
