How do I post a YouTube URL to make it scrub-ahead to start - TopicsExpress

How do I post a YouTube URL to make it scrub-ahead to start playing later in the video? I used to be able to write it in the form: youtube/watch?v=TlTM7Mbk_SU#t=0m2s ...(notice my syntax with the pound sign followed by the time-code suffix) and it used to always work (and *sometimes* it still does), but not so much recently; the Facebook powers-that-be must have changed something. For a while I was able to get it to work in this form: youtube/watch?v=TlTM7Mbk_SU&t=0m2s ...(with the ampersand instead of the pound sign), but that syntax never works now. At one time the pattern seemed to be that my pound sign syntax would work in a main post, but not in comments to a main post, but that isnt consistent, either. (Edit: I just tested with my sample video in this very post, and it works, scrubbing-ahead 2 sec.) I can *always* get the pound sign syntax to work on the YouTube websight, so its got to be something thats changed in the Facebook YouTube player. Anyone know the secret?
