How do we create calmness? By feeling love and gratitude. In the moment we feel love and gratitude we automatically become calm. If we are not calm, it means that we don’t feel love and/or gratitude at that very moment. Be grateful for the things you have. No matter how big or small. Any time you feel upset about anything just start feeling grateful for what it is that you have. Listen to a meditation CD. If you have never meditated in your life you will find it extremely beneficial. If you have, just go back to it.
