How do we restore true ‘Homeland Security’? By revitalizing the Constitutional, Well-Regulated Militia of the Several States as rule of law requires. We need to sponsor a bill to revitalize the well regulated Militia of the several Counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Its no wonder we are in such a mess, since the militia—as clearly defined by our Founders—is necessary for the security of any Free State, and—in the last instance—is the only effective defense against government corruption, abuse, usurpation, and tyranny.
