How do you feel about City Councils? Im honestly torn. On one hand I despise the sort of power they have, at least in my city. How is that 6-8 people can just up and decide to charge me more on certain taxes or fees? How can they decide what businesses can and cannot do? And if I do not agree Im still forced to follow what they dictate. Its like having mini dictators running the city... On the other hand I can see how on a local govt level if I voted for my candidates I may avoid this problem and ensure more freedom. BUT thats still forcing my views on the others in this town.... So complicated :-/
