How do you find the lunchtime queues in the Post Office? - was this just a bad day or is this the norm nowadays? repost: I think its time something is done with the post office in the carfax! I get 30 mins for lunch and yesterday and today i have not been able to post a parcel due to que time. Today i was 13th in the que 25mins later i was 10th. There was one person working! When another customer mentioned the que she just dismissed it and said nothing i can do, showing no empathy what so ever seeming completely uninterested! There were a few exec looking people milling about behind the scenes but no manager to offer an apology to the people keeping him on the payroll!
