How do you get a financial blessing? Being a Christian and believing in Jesus will give you peace and a good heart as the Word changes you into the image of Christ. Financial blessings however are not automatic. It is not enough to just be a Christian and believe in Jesus, then expect a financial blessing. A physical healing requires a physical body so a financial blessing requires a financial sacrifice. You need to give God what to work with and multiply. That is the principle of the seed. For a financial harvest, you need to plant a financial seed. You can pray until Jesus comes again, if you dont plant financial seeds in the church, you will never realise financial blessings. Just getting enough money for a month is not a financial blessing. As long as you are still working hard for money, you are not blessed yet. When God blesses you after planting a seed, then money will come to you. You will not look for it. You will have more than you need and you will be a blessing to others. I have just learnt how powerful the seed is and I prophesy that this time next year I will be sitting with millions to give away into the work of God. As I plant my seeds, I rejoice because, God is not a man that He should lie, nor the son of man that He should repent. God has also said, As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest,........will never cease. Genesis 8:22.The seed, time and harvest principle is biblical. Just plant your money in church, with faith, and rejoicing and wait for some time, the harvest will come. You do not have money because you do not plant seed money. Without seed there is no harvest. Big seed will give a big harvest, small seed will give a small harvest. By the measure you give, it will be given back to you...... The widow of Zarephath offered her last cake to the prophet Elijah, that was her seed. She never went hungry again in a draught. David made an offering to God and it stopped a plaque. Your poverty as a christian can only be stopped by making an offering to God. The world says put your money in the bank to make 10% interest a year, God says I want to bless your offering a 1000%! Deuteronomy 1:11. I choose to bank with God! Be blessed as you learn to plant seeds with God for your financial freedom. Amen!
