How do you go about ensuring conditions are correctly notified to the DVLA? I simply have a note on health conditions in my welcome letter which all pupils receive, Ive attached a picture of this (feel free to suggest any changes / improvements I could make to the text). Whos responsibility is this to ensure relevant conditions are declared? The pupil? The parent of the pupil who fills in the form? The ADI? I ask because I have pupils who have conditions that Im sure the DVLA would want to know about but I do not believe they are declared. Does my responsibility in this end with me telling them they should declare it or is there more I should / could do? Thanks in advance for any advice.
