How do you handle criticism? I see criticism as feedback, from - TopicsExpress

How do you handle criticism? I see criticism as feedback, from someone who provides you with contrast. You weight it out, and move on. I received this tweet from Helen, via Carla Young. So I assessed the feedback - first I threw in a joke; helps to NOT take yourself so seriously. Helen was looking for a step by step, how to guide. That was her expectation. My post title was 12 Lessons I Learned – and You’ll Learn too – from Publishing My First eBook....so since I didnt include Step by Step, or How to in the title, Im good so far. My expectations are aligned, based on assessing my title, and my content. Then I re-read the post. All were 12 lessons I learned. I checked out comments/feedback. All resoundingly positive, so if I clearly feel I delivered, and my readers feel I delivered, I delivered. As for the Good Luck, 1: you know my view of luck 2: Well, Im living in Fiji lol....life has been good to me. So I prefer to see myself as being blessed, for all of the good Ive done, and for all of the people Ive helped over the years. Folks, this is a positive post. Im explaining how to assess feedback. Helen did me a great favor offering her point of view. It helps me establish clarity. Tanks Helen :) Shes a good egg, and is involved in great causes too.
