Recognised for having suspiciously private conversations or whispering to several colleagues regularly throughout the day, They often go out to lunch with the same group of people every day and find excuses not to invite others, They try to excessively whinge, or talk badly to you about other colleagues, sometimes even those who they call their friends, They complain excessively about their boss, the organisation and anything else they can, They spread rumour and gossip, They pretend they know more about topics than they really do to try get more information out of you or find out what you know that they may not, They quote or paraphrase you incorrectly to others, They try and make others look bad and make themselves look good, They take credit for other peoples work, They always try and tell you how good they are or why they are better than others.
