How do you know when youve achieved? When people find the smallest detail to complain about. Page 3 of the Cornish Guardian features a story on The Bring Back Carlyon Bay Facebook page which we promoted on here and gained a couple thousand likes in a week. It was started by Adam Williams who works for Cornwall Council . But there has been a shocking development! Adam has an opinion!! And its different to Carlyon Baywatch! And the most heinous of crimes has been committed. He used his Council email address to send an email to CEG. This, according to The King of the Nimbys, is a step too far. The use of a council email address to express an opinion you dont agree with? Im surprised Mr Williams isnt in stocks outside County Hall right now being pelted with rotten fruit. It doesnt mean the Council is out of order (and trust me if they were and they regularly are, I would be all over them like a rash) it means that 99% of people just want everything built now and are fed up of protesting, delays, and blocking tactics and shock horror, some of them also work for the Council! Who would have thought it? The Countys biggest single employer and some of them support developments?? What are the chances. Well guess what my protesting chums. Mr Williams isnt a lone voice, and you trying to shut him down it wont make a bit of difference. Because you already hate me I will take over the admin of his page because I dont work for the Council and I dont care either! Clutching at straws springs to mind and your box of straws is getting more empty all the time!
