How do you like to be treated in practice and off the field? How can a coach make sure new players are included and having fun? More than 50 teenage girls in Yuwa are training to be coaches and assistant coaches, mentoring the next generation of girls in their communities. To build a sustainable program, we empower girls to mentor and coach girls. Each girl training to become a coach has participated in more than 1,500 practices herself.
