How do you select a domestic worker? 1. By her age? - But the young ones are here for a holiday and the older ones may just be very stubborn 2. By her looks? Pleasant looking ones may just be trouble makes (actually the non pleasant looking ones also can give you surprises) 3. By her height? they are all mostly short and doesnt help that they cant reach out for things. 4. By her weight? I tried stout ones but they ended up so lazy. 5. By the vllage she comes from? But everyone is so modernised now. I am at my wits end. My new maid who via phone interview said can handle kids end up very hopeless! The only thing she can do is wear Rania her shoes. Everything else is handled by me, my mom, sis and hubby. Please tell me why the government is making us pay $520 for this quality again?
