In particular, make time to organize your thoughts each week about what you have experienced as an intern. If you can, take the time to jot three lines about your experience. Write what you did, who you did it for, and the goal of the task. Keeping track of your experiences this way. 5. Tool of Patience The final tool for success is cultivating patience. Remember that the wisdom of experience comes from both the confidence of success and mastering the lessons of failures. Not everything you try will work out, but by continuing to try with intelligence on a daily basis, you will prove to your boss that you are a competent worker who is intelligent and patient.
