How do you wish someone well in his or her career, which someone well involves putting your all in all right before and behind the person. You may be wishing someone well by the word of your mouth & also with your heart but does your action and character behind the person agree with your mouth and heart, your negative action, steps towards d person you claim to wish could spell a doom to d fellow. Wishing someone well have to involves the following. 1. Speak it out with your mouth, 2. Mean it in your heart when you say it. 3. Manage your behaviour before and behind the person 4.
