How does CenturyLink stay in business. Rhetorical question they’re a monopoly but suffice it to say that after an hour and a half on hold tossed between customer service and tech support in a loop regarding service they never provided in the first place hence the reason for the inquiry, I decided to cancel and never look back, but they still want to charge us $105 for service we never received. Nice. We will never do business with them again even if we have to use tin cans with strings that reach the east coast.
