How does the Auto Leveling work on OverLord? Auto Leveling is one of the most exciting features of modern 3D printers. Currently most printers solve this problem by using a “touch probe” which is attached near the extruder nozzle. A sensor is used to detect when the probe is in contact with the build surface. However, the method OverLord uses is unique: it is 100% software based and no sensor involved. Hard to grasp but actually quite simple.
