How does weight loss happen? And why do we lose weight & put it back on? Simple most of us are desperately looking to lose weight quickly. You might lose weight quickly but you might gain it back in a lot of cases. When you are on a weight loss mission dont just look at the scale. Look at how you feel overall. Are you building strength, do feel and look good and are you losing fat ? People usually get on these crazy weird diets where they might lose 20 lbs but gain 25 lbs back. Believe me Ive done that back in the day. How about a lifestyle change? Add some healthy stuff in your diet and let go of junk and unhealthy stuff slowly. Start working out. I lost all this weight by doing power yoga and which I was practicing almost 7 days a week. Losing 65 lbs and maintaining it. Sometimes it gets frustrating when you cant see results but again its a process and commitment. You should rather lose 10 lbs a month then 20-30. Ofcourse those of you who are over weight will see more results first few weeks dropping the weight. Change your lifestyle instead of crazy diets. Have good sources of protein, carbs & fat. Have a couple of cheat meals a week. Youll be happy :) Enjoy your last day of holiday and DO SOME YOGA. :)
