How easy is it for a woman to become a boss where you are? No matter where you are in the world, its likely youll find more men than women running companies. But with so many governments striving to get more women in the boardroom are things getting any better? This is Dan Damon with World Update, looking at a new study showing that in the past decade, 84 women have taken over the top role at the worlds largest firms - compared with 2,942 men. Theyre also more likely to be fired than their male counterparts - partly because some companies feel compelled to make bolder, riskier appointments. Whats the situation in your company and country?
