How hard is it to buy Winter gloves, Motorcycling, for the use of? My old gloves are DriRider Nordic gloves that are nearly as old as the earth and as such are now very thin and not very warm. All I want is a nice pair of gloves that will keep me warm, but as Im getting older and more safety minded, also have a secure wrist retention strap and preferably have the little and ring fingers connected together. Most bike shops have about three pairs of winter gloves, which I assume are mostly designed for mutants given the length of the fingers on some of them. Apparently in Qld it doesnt get cold enough for most shops to stock any quality winter gloves. The only shop that actually said they were going to order some were Olivers at Moorooka. But they wont be ordering them till the end of the month. Bugger.
