How humble is Jeff Beck? While I was massaging him tonight in Berlin, somehow we spoke of Clapton + he said Im glad it was him and not me when Hendrix jumped on stage to join him that first time in London and I said yes, but Hendrix said, when asked how does it feel to be the worlds greatest guitarist? and Hendrix replied I dont know- ask Jeff Beck and Jeff looked at me, his eyes popped out of his head, in disbelief really!?? he said.. and I, in disbelief that Jeff has never heard this quote, said what!???? You never heard that!??? Jeff was blushed and grinning, humbly.. what a great guy he is. Awesome, just awesome.
