How i wish i am a shareholder in Skye Bank. I would have been in a proper position to query the source of the N2 billion donated senselessly for the re-election bid of President Jonathan! This is one of the senseless high service and life of profligacy that is always being lived by most of these bank executives that in most cases, lead to banks distress! At the end of the day, the shareholders and bank depositors are always at the receiving end when funds have been senselessly mismanaged or embezzled! The bank depositors and shareholders of Skye Bank should call for an emergency shareholders meeting where the Banks MD will have to explain the source of the N2 billion donated for the re-election bid of President Jonathan! This is a very dangerous trend that all Nigerians must frowned upon. How many banks in America donated huge sums of depositors money to President Obamas re-election bid? How many banks donated towards President Putin of Russia re-election bid? This is nonsense! It is another way of wrecking a bank and the economy! Huge sums of money that is supposed to go into and develop the economy will now be shared by some tiny group of corrupt politicians and taken out to foreign bank accounts for safe keeping. Why must group of people be gambling with other peoples live savings? What if President Jonathan is not re-elected as the next President? What happens to innocent peoples money?
