Many souls are suffering and the energy of this can be felt all across the globe. We are all connected spiritually to each other and the planet and events that occur of this magnitude send out such a ripple effect of energy, we are all impacted. Try and remember to pray for and visualise peace and healing for the planet on all levels and for those going through these horrific events. Shield your energy in higher vibrations of love at this time and be aware of how you are feeling, its easy to allow outside energy into our own field where it takes over. :)
