How long are you the worker in SOCIETIES work force going to let others make decisions?? Many of us hear the sound of PRIVATIZATION; but few understand there are many hidden forms of PRIVATIZATION!! Such is the example of PART-TIME employment. Privatizing from within!! To hire that poor SOUL that is forced to labor at mere fraction of top pay that FULL-TIME employment offers is the format that many companies are following!! Ask yourself; why are companies enforcing DISCIPLINE. The EXCUSE given is that YOU the AGREED to be EMPLOYED contracted with your company to follow DIRECTIVES and ORDERS given by YOUR EMPLOYER!! Following the rules may seem hard because there are those who wish to do as they please to suit their personal GRATIFICATION!! However if these rules and directives are followed; do you think DISCHARGES would INCREASE or totally DIMINISH??
