How low they thought of us, how little they think of us, to contemplate a Deputy Governor from any other Zone or ethnic nationality aside Isoko in delta state is nothing but an insult to the Isoko nation, IDU has said it all, but again it came too late, where are our Elders? Where are the elders in Isoko Land? We always talk of the political leaders selling us out, we fail to talk about our elders, is E.K Clark a political leader? He is an Elder from the Ijaw extraction, since our elders have kept mute while others from same zone are doing underground works, before it was who from Isoko would be the deputy, now its if they would even consider us first, if an Isoko man was to be the Senator from delta south now, nobody would be challenging Deputy from the Ijaw man, since the outgoing governor is from Itsekiri , but here we are fighting for what should have been widely accepted, all because our leaders, elders and even we the youth have failed, I believe from now on, we would learn to be United, be it North or South, Isoko Nation would learn to be united or bear the consequences of being relegated in the affair of the state.
