How many are feeling the raw emotion of this Super Moon in Pisces? I have been rocked by it indeed! How will you handle the shadows of yourself when lit up by the moons light?, was the question that came up for me as I danced around in my own pity party. The beautiful shifts that can happen as things open up are amazing, if you let it. This is a lesson many of us learn time and time again. How do we handle these feelings inside? Will we do self care? Will we ask for help? Will we recognize the minds work that is taking us into the tailspin? We ARE supposed to sit with these shadows and reflect on their appearance, they are what change us. It is our duty to ourselves, our connection to spirit and our oneness with each other to step into the shadows and do the work for the deeper healing that is available. They come up for a reason. Be open to what follows when the dark shifts back into light. It is truly beautiful and full when the work lights up in the glimmering rays of the warm sun.
