How many happy cries do you have in life? Today for the first time in 2 plus years (Issys birth) I had one! Most of you who know me, know I am a planner. Today on my way home from shopping I heard on the radio that Third Day was playing in Destin at a church! I was so excited to hear that because I missed them when they came to Pensacola and was so sad. So the little bit of spontaneity in me decided to try and go. My biggest challenge was going to be to bring a 2 and a 5 year old with me since my better half Lape P Lape was away in Michigan visiting his side of the family while on a work trip.When I got there I was immediately blessed by only having to pay for one ticket! I found some seats up in the balcony where it hopefully wasnt so loud for the kids. They were, as expected, even before the music began, unable to sit still due to so much excitement. A kind lady mentioned to me that they have child care so I took them up on it instantly! Even though I was by myself, I had so much fun!! Which leads me to the happy cry! Third Day was introduced to me by my dear friend Becky Girtman and has been right along with me in my walk with Christ for 10 years now! They played so many great songs that have been very near to my heart to include Love Song which we used on a mission trip in Prague. So long story short HUGE thanks and praise to God for pleasantly surprising me with an amazing night out!!
