How many of you are stuck in an office all day? Its so important to try to find ways to sneak in activity. It makes us more productive at work, boasts our mood, and our energy levels. Here is a quick 5 min ab routine you can do in your office or even at home. Try to do 10-20 reps for each movement. Make sure that your rolling chair is braced against your desk or a wall. Share a pic of you trying this workout at your desk. Extra points for doing it in a suit or a skirt :)
